An Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) is a targeted mental healthcare plan that you can purchase for your employees. Stress related illness can be having a negative impact upon your employees, therefore affecting the productivity of your company. Here at Mosaic, we can offer a low cost EAP Plan which is a pre funded care plan for employees who may need counselling sessions at an affordable cost funded by their employer. Sessions will be carried out at the Albany Centre and the number of sessions can be pre agreed before the therapy takes place. 

EAP packages are intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being. EAP generally include an internal assessment, short-term counselling and any follow up care that employees may need. EAP's are proactive support strategies that are designed to be cost effective for both employers and employees. Your staff may be struggling with workload issues, or might be have experienced workplace bullying. Alterntively, an employee might have suffered a traumatic event or a bereavement and may need some extra support during a difficult time, which can be affecting their work. All of our counsellors here at Mosaic undertake supervision and are either fully qualified counsellors or experienced trainees in the latter stages of of their training.
